Sundown Social Company was born in Windermere when our family wanted to make a backyard birthday party unforgettable. We figured: if we're buying the equipment anyway, why not help the whole neighborhood enjoy it too? Now we're a real business — and a pretty fun one.
Age 17 — The heart of the business. Co-founder, client relations, and the reason Sundown Social has any style at all.

Florida weather is unpredictable — we get it. Every booking includes a free rain date reschedule, no questions asked. We monitor weather and reach out at least 3 hours before your event if we need to adjust.
Just a flat outdoor space (roughly 20×20 ft) and an outdoor electrical outlet within 75 feet of the setup area. We handle everything else — screen, projector, cables, speaker, and streaming.
Weekend dates book fast — especially in summer and around holidays. We recommend at least 2 weeks ahead. Weekday bookings are usually more flexible.
We primarily serve Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden, Gotha, and the surrounding communities in west Orange County. Not sure if you're in range? Just text us!
A 50% deposit is collected online at booking via PayPal (no PayPal account needed — any card works). The balance is sent to you as a payment link, or you can pay by phone at the end of the event.
Absolutely. We bring an Amazon Fire Stick (Premiere & Block Party packages) so you can log in to Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, or any service you subscribe to. You control what plays.

This Agreement is between Sundown Social Company LLC (“Company”), Windermere, FL, and the client named above (“Client”). By signing electronically, Client agrees to all terms below.
Company will provide: 12-ft outdoor frame-mount projection screen · High-lumen projector (3,800+ ANSI lumens) · Bluetooth PA speaker(s) · Power/extension cords · Streaming device (Premiere & Block Party) · 4 mini floor tables with pillows (Block Party). Equipment may not be moved or modified without permission. Company retains ownership at all times.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due via the payment link sent to your phone/email after booking, or by phone/card at the end of the event. No equipment will be staged until the deposit is confirmed.
More than 14 days: deposit forfeited, no additional charge. 7–14 days: deposit forfeited + 25% of remaining balance. Under 7 days: deposit forfeited + 50% of total. Day-of no-show: full amount owed. Company may cancel without charge due to severe weather or equipment failure, with full refund or free reschedule.
Events proceed in light drizzle/overcast. Lightning within 10 miles, sustained rain forecast within 2 hours, or wind exceeding 25 mph may trigger postponement. Company will notify Client at least 3 hours before start. Free reschedule offered for weather cancellations.
Client agrees to: provide a flat 20×20 ft clear setup area; provide an outdoor outlet within 75 ft (or supply a generator); maintain a clear projector-to-screen sightline; supervise all guests including minors; not move equipment from Company-set positions; comply with noise ordinances and HOA rules; return all equipment in the condition received.
Client is responsible for damage or loss beyond ordinary wear from delivery through teardown. Replacement costs: Projector $400–$600 · Screen $150–$300 · Speaker $300–$700 · Accessories $25–$100/piece. Optional 8% Damage Waiver covers accidental damage up to $500/item; does not cover theft, intentional damage, or damage by unsupervised minors.
Company liability is capped at the total amount paid for the event. Company is not liable for consequential damages, weather cancellations, or Client’s failure to meet the responsibilities above.
Client acknowledges that outdoor entertainment events involve inherent risks including tripping over cables, contact with projection hardware, falls on uneven ground, and electrical hazards. Client, on behalf of themselves and all guests, RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Sundown Social Company LLC, its owners (Riley Demaray and Gavin Demaray), employees, and agents from all claims for personal injury, property damage, or death arising from inherent risks. This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Company may photograph event setups for social media. No identifying images of minor guests will be shared without separate consent.
This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in Orange County, FL. Prevailing party entitled to attorneys’ fees. This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties.
